Welcome to the registration for the spring 2024 recreation season!

YOUTH REC BASEBALL REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN

We are super excited to announce that registration is open for the 2024 season!

We encourage you to register your player(s) and take advantage of the ($10 off) early bird discount, available before Feb. 9, as well as the sibling discount if it applies to your family. If you are registering more than one player in your family, you will receive a ($25) discount on the additional children's registration fees. If you register after March 17, you will be required to pay a $25 late fee.

Niskayuna Baseball League maintains a scholarship fund to assist families for whom the registration costs may present a financial hardship. You will see specific instructions for this during the registration process online.

The rec season starts on Saturday, April 20. We will not be hosting an Opening Day Ceremony this year as the End of Season Celebration Ceremony worked out well.

Games will be played at Blatnick Park (upper for Majors and Babe Ruth, and lower for T-Ball, A, AA, and AAA. The lower levels will also utilize GE Fields). All fields are located on River Road within a half mile of each other.

When registering your child, you will have the option to volunteer as a Head or Assistant Coach for your child. As you know, we rely on volunteers, and this is a minimal time commitment to help create a special experience.

In terms of equipment, we highly recommend purchasing a helmet, bat, glove, and cleats for the season. It is also important to label your items, as there will likely be multiple kids on a team with the same equipment. For AA and up levels, a set of catcher’s gear will be provided for each team.
